About an hour of your time. Total.
No onboarding packet, no software to learn, no meetings. Six stages between your first call and a running system — four of them are ours, and your part adds up to about an hour.
▸ Check: the durations below sum to it.
The six stages, itemised
-
1. Talk to a real person~20 minutes
Call +1 512 640 0627 or book a time. A person answers 9 to 9 Eastern; after that an AI does, and it says so. On this call you get your questions answered, you see a live account, and if it's a fit you sign up. If it's not a fit, we say that too — some businesses shouldn't buy this, and telling them costs us less than a bad month two.
Your part: ask questions. Decide.
▸ Check: dial the number now. The hours claim is testable tonight.
-
2. Your AI assistant calls~10 minutes
Shortly after you sign up, our AI calls you — and it says it's an AI in its first sentence. It asks about your business: services, service area, seasons, how work comes in today. Ten minutes of your answers is what the build starts from.
It is also your first demonstration. This is the same technology that will answer your customers' calls. If you don't like how it handled you, that is worth knowing before we build.
Your part: answer questions about your own business.
▸ Check: the AI self-identifies on the call. If it doesn't, hold us to it.
-
3. We confirm the planquick call
A person calls back with the build order: the website, your phone line, follow-up, review requests, and which one is priority #1. You approve the order or change it.
Your part: say "yes, that order" — or reorder it.
-
4. We build7 to 10 days
We build the website, connect your phone line, and set up follow-up, review requests and reactivation. Nothing goes live without your approval — you see the website before it replaces anything. If you have real job photos and a logo, send them; if not, we work with what exists. We don't use stock photos of models in hard hats, on any deadline.
Your part: forward photos if you have them. Approve the site.
▸ Check: the 7-to-10-day window is stated here, on Pricing, and on the first call. One number, three places.
-
5. Launch walkthrough~25 minutes
One call. We turn it on together and show you your login — where every call, message, review request and queue item lives. That is the whole learning curve. And you never have to learn it: if you'd rather not open the login, everything still runs, and a person still confirms every request you send.
Your part: watch. Ask anything.
-
6. Life as a customerforever after
The system runs. When you want something — a page changed, a campaign sent, contacts imported — you send one message. Requests are unlimited and worked one priority at a time; a person confirms each one when it's finished.
Your part: your trade.
What starts when, honestly
Some of it works the first week: calls answered, leads followed up in seconds, review requests going out on finished jobs. Reviews accumulate over weeks. Local search takes months, not weeks — how many depends on your town and your competition, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. We say this before you sign because you'll notice it after.
▸ Check: your own login shows what went out and when. The local-search caution is repeated on What's not included.
