Keep your software. All of it.
Already running a CRM, a phone system, a calendar or a database? Keep them. Where your tool has a way in, we work inside it: your vendors keep billing you directly, nothing moves, nothing gets rebuilt, and nobody in your office learns a new screen. We are the marketing department for trade businesses too small to have one. The department is the product; the software was never the point.
We do not keep a list of approved brands
We ask one question. Does your tool have an API?
An API is a door that lets our system read and write inside yours — the same door your tool's own mobile app uses. If your tool has one, we can work in it, whatever the brand on the login screen.
Most tools sold in the last ten years have one. Some do not publish one. A few publish one and charge for the higher tier that turns it on. So we check yours before you pay, name the tool we cannot reach, and tell you what that costs you in practice. That conversation takes about ten minutes on the setup call.
We are not going to tell you your software is wrong. If it is doing its job, it stays. And we are not going to claim a ready-made connection to a product we have not built one for. Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, RingCentral, Dialpad, Airtable, Notion — those are names our customers bring us, not badges we have earned. Ask about yours on the call and you get a straight answer: whether it has an API we can work through, what we would do if it does not, and how long the setup takes.
▸ Check: ask about your own tool on the setup call, before you pay anything. If we cannot reach it, you hear its name from us rather than finding out in week two.
The work does not change. The address changes.
In your CRM — every new lead written in, tagged, and followed up. Notes on every conversation. Your pipeline stages, not ours.
In your phone system — calls answered when nobody can pick up, missed calls texted back, call summaries written into the customer's record.
In your calendar — appointments booked into the calendar your office already opens in the morning.
In your database or spreadsheet — past customers kept warm, campaign lists built and sent, results written back where you can read them.
On your Google profile and your site — reviews requested after finished work, listings kept correct, pages built and changed when you ask.
You send one message when you want something. A person handles it and tells you it is done. You read all of it in the tools you already have open.
▸ Check: the records in your own tools. Open your CRM the day after a lead comes in and read what we wrote there.
How we get in, and what we weigh before we ask
The way we work is an API key. You create the key inside your own tool, with the narrowest permission that does the work, and hand it to us. It is quiet, it is fast, it does not break when your vendor redesigns a screen, and you can switch it off in one click without changing anybody's password. This is what we ask for first, every time.
Where there is no API, a plain login is something we weigh, not something we offer. We look at three things before we say yes: what the work is, how often it has to run, and whether we can prove it happened. Some work sits fine in a named user account of our own — never your personal login. Other work does not, because a browser session stops at a login prompt or a code from your phone, and it can break when a vendor moves a button. If a login cannot carry the work reliably, we say so, and that piece runs in our platform instead.
Some vendors write rules about automated logins into their terms. We read them before we set anything up, and if a tool's terms forbid it, we tell you rather than do it quietly.
You will know how we reach every one of your tools, and why, because it is written in your setup document.
▸ Check: your setup document names the route for every tool. Read it, and revoke any key you change your mind about — that switch is in your own account, not ours.
Where something is missing, we fill the gap
Most businesses have a CRM and a phone and nothing for the rest. Texting, review requests, landing pages, after-hours answering — those are the usual holes.
Where you have the tool, we work in it. Where you do not, we switch that one piece on in our platform, and it is included in your price. You are not paying us twice, and you are not made to move the tools you like.
The part that is less comfortable: some of those pieces have direct costs that belong to you, not to us. Phone numbers, text messages and AI call minutes are metered. Those bills are yours, they are itemised before they are billed, and we do not mark them up.
Business texting in the US also needs a registration before a single message sends. It is an application in your business name, and we fill it in and file it for you. The wait is not ours to set. The carriers and the regulator decide when it clears, and it is the same wait for every business and every provider, including the ones who will tell you otherwise. What we control is that the paperwork is correct the first time, because a rejected application starts the wait again.
▸ Check: the usage lines on your invoice, against the message log in your login. The rates are published on Pricing, and they do not change because you brought your own tools.
Same price either way
$297 a month, whether you run our platform, your own tools, or a mix of both. Our price is the work, not the software. Not included: ad spend, deep SEO, and usage — and ads management, which is a separate add-on at $297 a month, flat. Leaving is month to month, cancel any time: the website is yours and exportable, or stays hosted with us free, and the domain is yours either way. If you bring your own tools, your vendors keep billing you directly and we never touch that invoice.
Said out loud: bringing your own software does not make this cheaper. It makes it possible without a migration. If you were hoping for a discount for using less of our platform, we do not have one.
▸ Check: hold this paragraph against Pricing. Same number, same exclusions, same exit — there is no separate rate card for customers who bring their own tools.
What we need from you: about an hour, once
A list of what you run. CRM, phone, calendar, email, review tool, website host, domain. Names are enough.
An access session. A 25-minute screen share where you create the keys and the seats with us. You do the clicking, so nothing leaves your hands.
One approval pass. You read the messages that will go out in your name and change any word you want. After that they run on their own.
We do not ask for your personal passwords. We do not ask you to move data. If a tool needs a permission we cannot explain in one sentence, we do not ask for it.
▸ Check: count it on the clock — about ten minutes on your business, 25 minutes creating access, one read-through of the messages.
The weakness, and the promise we will not make
Connections break. When your vendor changes their system, something we built on it can stop working. That is the one real weakness of this arrangement and we are not going to pretend otherwise. When one breaks it is our problem, not yours: we watch them, we fix them, and you hear from us the same day rather than finding out from a customer.
And the promise we will not make: we do not work with any software. Three things genuinely stop us — a tool with no API at all, an API locked behind a paid tier you do not have, and vendor terms that forbid automation. What we will do instead is check your tools before you pay, and name the ones we cannot reach.
▸ Check: ask us which of your tools we cannot reach. An empty answer is the one you should distrust.
The questions we get
"Is this cheaper than your normal plan?" No. Same $297, the same exclusions and the same no-contract terms. What you save is the migration you were dreading, not money.
"Our software vendor will not hand out keys." You create the key, not us, inside your own account. Most tools have a screen for it under settings. If yours has an administrator who has to approve it, put us on that call and we will answer their questions directly.
"What if you break something in our CRM?" We read before we write, we work under our own named account so every change has our name on it, and you can revoke access in one click. If we get something wrong, you can see which record and when, because it is our name on it.
"We want to keep some things and use yours for others." That is the usual answer. Keep the CRM and the phone, use ours for texting, reviews and landing pages — you pick it piece by piece on the setup call.
"Can our own staff still work in these tools?" Yes. Nothing becomes read-only, nothing gets locked. Your office works the way it works today.
▸ Check: every answer above is testable on the setup call, before any money changes hands.

Talk to a real person
A person answers our phone 9 to 9 Eastern. After that an AI does, and it says so. Either way a person handles every request you send.
$297 a month, one plan. Usage is billed on top and most customers run $20 to $60. No contract, cancel anytime. If you leave, the website is yours and exportable, or leave it with us hosted free forever; contacts export whenever you ask; the domain is yours either way.
