A pitch with no exclusions is a lie

So here are ours. This page is the list of what $297 does not buy, what we charge on top, and what we will not do for any price. It's in the nav because you shouldn't have to hunt for it.

Not included: ad spend and ads management

We don't buy ads for you and we don't manage ad campaigns. If you run Google or Facebook ads, the budget and the managing of it are yours or a separate conversation — raise it on your call. We'd rather say that here than let you assume "marketing department" includes an ad budget it doesn't.

▸ Check: no ad platform charge ever appears on our invoice. If you're quoted ads work, it's quoted separately, in writing, before anything runs.

Not included: deep SEO

Your plan includes the local-search foundation: a website structured for your trade and your town, your business profile kept accurate and active, and review requests going out on every job. It does not include content campaigns, link building, or a fight for a competitive city ranking — that is separate work at separate cost.

And a caution that belongs beside any visibility promise, ours included: local search takes months, not weeks. How many depends on your town and who you're up against. Anyone who promises you "#1 on Google in 30 days" is lying to you.

▸ Check: your own business profile's stats — views, calls, direction requests — are visible to you in Google's dashboard, not ours. Judge movement there, on your own screen.

Billed on top: usage

Texts, calls and emails are billed on top of the $297, itemised. Most customers run $20 to $60 a month.

A heavy month:

Not for sale at any price

Ranking guarantees.
No "#1," no "top of the map," no dates attached to positions.
Lead-count guarantees.
We don't know your town's demand better than your phone does.
Texting purchased or scraped lists.
We message people who hired you. Never bought names.
Bought, gated or faked reviews.
We ask every customer. What they write is theirs.
An AI that improvises.
When your customer asks something we haven't set an answer for, the AI takes a message and hands it to you. It never guesses on your behalf, and it says it's an AI.

We lose some sales to companies that promise these things. That's the trade we've picked.

▸ Check: every one of these is a testable absence — ask on the call and the answer is no, in writing if you want it.

What's included

The year-two price answer
The price will go up for people who join later. Yours won't, ever, for as long as you stay — and that's in writing.

Talk to a real person

A person answers our phone 9 to 9 Eastern. After that an AI does, and it says so. Either way a person handles every request you send.

$297 a month, one plan. Usage is billed on top and most customers run $20 to $60. No contract, cancel anytime. If you leave, the website is yours and exportable, or leave it with us hosted free forever; contacts export whenever you ask; the domain is yours either way.
