Nothing holds you here but the work

Marketing vendors keep customers three ways: a contract, a hostage, or a hassle. We use none of them, and this page names each one so you can check it's absent.

No contract

There is no term, no minimum, no auto-renewing year. You pay month to month and you can stop any month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. If we're not worth $297 this month, you shouldn't pay it next month — that arithmetic is the only retention program we run.

▸ Check: the published terms. If any sentence in them creates a term or a fee, this page is false and you caught us.

No hostages

The three things vendors usually hold, and where each one sits here:

The website.
Yours and exportable — take the files and go. Or leave it with us, hosted free forever, unaltered, no watermark, no downgrade, whether or not you're still paying. Your choice, made when you leave, changeable after.
Your contacts.
Every customer and lead in the system exports whenever you ask — before cancelling, while cancelling, or a year later.
Your domain.
Yours either way. It was never ours to hold.

What stops when you stop paying is the work: the answering, the follow-up, the review requests, the campaigns. What you built up while we worked — the site, the list, the reviews on your profile — is yours, because it always was.

▸ Check: each clause above appears verbatim in the published terms. Ask for a contact export on your first month, before you need it, and time how long it takes.

No hassle

Cancelling is a message, answered by a person, actioned without a survival course. No mandatory retention call, no specialist whose job is to talk you out of it, no "email us from the address on file within a 14-day window." One message. Confirmed by a person, like every other request.

▸ Check: this promise is testable exactly once per customer, which is why we put it in writing first.

And the price, in year two

The price will go up for people who join later. Yours won't, ever, for as long as you stay — and that's in writing.

▸ Check: the terms restate this sentence word for word. "In writing" is a claim about a document you can read, not about our intentions.

Talk to a real person

A person answers our phone 9 to 9 Eastern. After that an AI does, and it says so. Either way a person handles every request you send.

$297 a month, one plan. Usage is billed on top and most customers run $20 to $60. No contract, cancel anytime. If you leave, the website is yours and exportable, or leave it with us hosted free forever; contacts export whenever you ask; the domain is yours either way.
